Casey began her career with Premier Biotech in 2010 and has worked with dozens of Top 100 retailers, staffing organizations, and manufacturing companies to implement efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions for pre-employment drug testing, specifically using point-of-care oral fluid testing. She was instrumental in collaborating with the development of the OT-Scan mobile app and algorithm which automates the test interpretation and eliminates test subjectivity. As Premier Biotech’s Chief Experience Officer, Ms. Michalik oversees Premier Biotech's four sales organization teams including government, workplace, clinical, and international roadside testing.
